A group of Walmart workers are currently plotting a "Black Friday" (November 23) walkout - many Walmart employees plan on not showing up for work on arguably one of the biggest holiday shopping days for one of the world's largest retail stores. The planned walkout is in response to an October strike that started at a Walmart in Los Angeles and spread to stores in 12 other cities - over 100 workers joined in on the October actions. The protests have continued to grow, and Walmart employees want more respect and the fair wages/schedules that they deserve. The highly-anticipated fifth and final film installment of the "Twilight Saga" - "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" - hit theaters nationwide at midnight on Thursday/Friday, and thousands of eager fans couldn't wait to bid a bittersweet "farewell" to their favorite vampires and werewolves. Some phrases Twitter fans have used to described "Break Dawn - Part 2" - "shocking," "awesome," "mind-blowing," "heartbreaking,"... the list goes on. Reports confirm that struggling 24-year-old model and actor Sheldon Stephens (who also goes by the name Sheldon Xzavier) is the man who accused famous Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash of having inappropriate sexual relations with him when he was just 16-years-old (Clash having been in his 40s at the time). The Smoking Gun first ousted Stephens' identity this week and "confirmed his role in the Clash matter with two sources, a family member and a friend." Because of the accusations, Clash had to take a temporary leave of absence from the popular children's show "Sesame Street" in order to clear his name of the seedy charges. Stephens recently retracted his claims - his former lawyer released a public statement to the New York Times on Tuesday that read "the alleged victim wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with [Clash] was an adult consensual relationship." Even so, Clash can still sue Stephens for defamation, and it wouldn't be the young models first run-in with the law - he was arrested in 2009 for an alleged $250,000 jewelry robbery (charges were eventually dropped). Kara Nichols, a 19-year-old teen lingerie model from Colorado, went missing over a month ago, and police are still mind-boggled by the young blonde beauty's mysterious disappearance. While law enforcement won't rule out Nichols' rather unconventional career as playing a role in her disappearance, the teen's parents insist that people shouldn't immediately speculate that Kara's lingerie modeling had anything to do with her sudden absence. Former WNBA star and Olympic gold medalist Chamique Holdsclaw was arrested for aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, and reckless conduct on Thursday (Nov. 15) after smashing in the car windows and firing a gun at former teammate and ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Lacy. According to reports, the violent incident occurred on Tuesday (Nov. 13), when Holdsclaw followed Lacy to a friend's house, where she then smashed in the windows of Lacy's SUV and fired a 9-mm pistol into the vehicle before fleeing the scene. Holdsclaw turned herself in to Atlanta police after an arrest warrant was issued on Thursday evening - she remained in jail on a $10,000bond as of Friday morning. Read More »

Reports that the infamous momager and her popular Olympic field-and-track star husband are finally breaking things off has been a hot topic on many gossip sites for years. Early Wednesday morning (at approximately 1:51 a.m. on Nov. 14), rock star Jon Bon Jovi's 19-year-old daughter Stephanie Rose Bongiovi was arrested for multiple misdemeanor drug charges after police discovered heroin and marijuana in her dorm room at Hamilton College in Upstate New York. Bongiovi was rushed to the hospital and just released on Thursday (Nov. 15) - she is currently recovering from an alleged heroin overdose.
