Atlanta Falcon Prince Shembo Kills Dog

An Atlanta Falcon linebacker quickly became an ex-Atlanta Falcon linebacker after being arrested for allegedly killing his girlfriend's dog. Prince Shembo, the now former Falcon, was in tears over the arrest. According to Shembo the dog bit him and that's when he accidentally killed it. Read More »

Microsoft Buying 'Silent Hill'?

For a while it looked as if the Silent Hill franchise was dead in the water. As of late rumors have been going around that Microsoft has been in talks to buy it off of Konami and revive it as an Xbox exclusive. FIFA President Sepp Blatter to be Questioned by Police

This week several high-ranking FIFA executives were arrested by Swiss authorities in a hotel room by the Alps. The group was brought in on conspiracy charges. After the sting FIFA President Sepp Blatter claimed his innocence but Swiss authorities will still be going after him. As of now, they're investigating the votes for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. The Swiss Attorney General's office is currently carrying out a criminal probe into how the tournaments were granted to Russia and Qatar. Read More »

Silk Road Creator Given Life in Prison

The underground area of the Internet known as Silk Road was intended to be a market on the Darknet. Users of Silk Road were able to navigate through its system undetected using the program Tor––a service that allows anyone to move freely through the net without being traced. Since Silk Road's demise in 2013, the spotlight was placed on its creator Ross Williams Ulbricht. According to authorities, Ulbricht was responsible for the drug and weapons trafficking that went down on his site. They also accused him of being responsible for any murder-for-hire sales that were accessed through Silk Road. Since then, Ulbricht has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Read More »

'19 Kids and Counting' Pulled off Hulu

The TLC show 19 Kids and Counting has essentially imploding since allegations of child molestation have run ramped around Josh Duggar's camp. Things haven't gotten any better for the show as Hulu pulled it from its service. This comes just one week after TLC removed all the episodes from their website and channel. Read More »

Pokemon Documentary on Kickstarter

A new Kickstarter has been put in place to fund a documentary set to highlight a world that lives within the walls of Pokemon's fandom. To Be the Very Best is a feature-length documentary about the world's most renowned Pokemon players who are the best in the world in their respective tournaments. The documentary's creator is Wolfe Gilck and one of his partners is Dan Karlock. Karlock is a 2-time Emmy Award winning director. Matt Weaver, another producer, has won awards for Jiro Dreams of Sushi and Rock of Ages. Read More »

Dad From 'Friday' Reynaldo Rey Dies

Early Thursday morning, news broke that actor and comedian Reynaldo Rey died in Los Angeles. Rey's manager says he passed away due to complications of a stroke he suffered last year. It wasn't until January when things started getting bad for Rey's health. Bob Saget Signs With 'Full House' Netflix Reunion

What's a Full House reunion without Bob Saget? For a while Netflix has been working on exactly that and it looks like the streaming service has their star as Saget signed on with Fuller House. The limelight is once again on Sony PlayStation and this time it isn't because of their gaming capabilities or how they have essentially owned the digital landscape for more than 20 years. This time it's because of what seems to be a faulty digital policy that is being investigated by the BBC television show Watchdog and its Iplayer segment. Walmart Settles Lawsuit with Tracy Morgan

After the 2014 crash that left Tracy Morgan crippled, the comedian and Walmart finally settled on an agreement last Wednesday. This is according to Morgan's attorney, Benedict P. Morelli. Nintendo Game Truck Stolen

A few people in the UK are going to be let down in the next few days, especially those who put down the money in anticipation of the new Wii U game Splatoon. Apparently a truck from Nintendo's British warehouse chain GAME was taken from right under everyone's noses. Kim Kardashian Looking into Surrogacy

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have been trying for a year to have another child. So far, the two have been unsuccessful. There have been so many attempts that Kardashian joked that she and West are having sex up to "500 times a day." Despite all their attempts, the couple is now looking into surrogacy to have a second child. Their plan is to give North West a baby brother or sister that is close in age.
