Props to Chris Brown for keeping his cool one night this week after he was spotted leaving the popular L.A. nightclub, "Playhouse." When Brown decided to call it a night and hopped in his Lamborghini to head home, the singer was abruptly confronted by a heckler who verbally assaulted him with profanity and gang threats. The unidentified man repeatedly dropped "N-bombs" at the 23-year-old R&B crooner, and at one point yelled, "Yo, scary-a## Chris, is that motherfu##er bulletproof?" TMZ managed to catch the whole thing on tape. And instead of getting out of his car and beating on the guy, Brown simply drove off with some harsh parting words of his own. Brian Williams was reportedly angry with NBC over changes to "Rock Center," and aired a sarcastic video in regards to the "journey" the show has taken. In the clip, Williams addresses how his show went from timeslot to timeslot over the last 16 months. Oscar Pistorius, who made history last year as the first double amputee to compete in the Olympics, has been charged with murder in the shooting death of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. Early reports stated that the 26-year-old Olympian mistook his 30-year-old girlfriend as an intruder in the early hours of this morning and shot her to death. Unfortunately, police updated the media with news of neighbors hearing shouting and screams many hours before the shooting, as well as previous incidents that involved police being called to the address. It seems like Pastorius intentionally shot Steenkamp in a domestic dispute. Pastorius will appear in court later today for the murder of his girlfriend. Read More »

Reports confirm that a middle school history teacher from Rowlett, Texas was recently suspended for lassoing a young student in class in an attempt to bring his history lesson "alive" on Monday (Feb. 11). While demonstrating his "rodeo cowboy" lassoing techniques, the unidentified male instructor from the Schrade Middle School ended up whipping a seventh grade student and bruising/cutting the child's neck. After complaints from the 13-year-old student's parents and fellow school officials, the Garland Independent School District suspended the teacher and is currently investigating the situation.
