Zooey Deschanel is being sued by her former manager for what could be millions of dollars. Seven Summits Pictures & Management, who represented the 35-year old actress from unknown in 1996 to Fox TV celebrity in 2013, claims the 'New Girl' signed a contract granting them post termination commissions. More specifically, they are seeking 10 percent of her earnings from the sale of the entertainment website www.hellogiggles.com, which the 'Elf' star co-founded and sold in October for between $20 and $30 million. The Avengers' Scarlett Johansson will get a rare opportunity to get in touch with her silly side. The Lost in Translation actress will reportedly star in the new raucous comedy Move That Body. The R-rated plot follows the exploits of five girls as they rent a beach house in Miami for a bachelorette party, accidentally murder a male stripper, then deal with the dilemma of what to do with his corpse. Seven time Grammy winner Taylor Swift, who has always fought for artist's rights, is now being accused of stealing from one. TMZ reports that New Orleans artist Ally Burguieres is accusing the "Bad Blood" singer of using one of her drawings to help promote her recent Grammy nominated 1989 album. In an open latter that recently went viral on Facebook, Burgeuieres claims the 26-year old Billboard winner took an original watercolor illustration she drew of a fox and posted in on Instagram with Swift's lyrics to "I Know Places." After only eight episodes, NBC has canceled Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris. The variety show started on Sept. 15 with guest star Reese Witherspoon. It opened with a 1.9 rating among adults 18-49 or roughly six million viewers. However, by its eighth and now last episode on Nov. 3, with guest star Kelsey Grammer, the show had dipped to a 1.3 rating or roughly five million viewers which supposedly is too few to justify the cost of its live production. According to Variety, Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG Award winning actor Kiefer Sutherland is returning to TV in a new in political thriller. The 48-year old, who gained universal fame as agent Jack Bauer for eight seasons in the Fox hit 24, as well as its mini-series Live Another Day, will be getting a promotion. Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence took a recent jab at Mean Girls, as well as notorious party girl, Lindsay Lohan. While appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the 25-year old Joy actress hurled the insult as she discussed getting ill on that set. "I'm a puker. I'm a big-time puker. I think I have, like, nervous...I think that I don't stop working, because I'm a show pony. I don't have a choice. It's been reported that the upcoming sixth season of the CBS sitcom Mike & Molly will be its last. The series, which stars Billy Gardell as Mike Biggs and Melissa McCarthy as Molly Flynn, debuted in the fall of 2010 on Monday nights. The Guardian reports that the west London home of entertainer Rita Ora was broken into a week before her fellow X-Factor judge Simon Cowell was also burglarized. The thieves took cash, jewelry and assorted electronics equipment.
