Pop Crush reports that after Ed Sheeran and Ellie Goulding were caught holding hands at the 2013 MTV VMA's, rumors started to swirl as to whether they were dating or hooked up. Sheeran was recently interviewed by Click 98.9 radio station and he was asked about what is going on with the two popular singers. Although Sheeran didn't actually come out and say that he and Goulding hooked up, his answers are leading some to believe that the two did in fact get physical together. Daft Punk's 2013 single "Get Lucky" was arguably the biggest song of the year, but did they copy the song? According to Metro, via International Business Times, it seems that Daft Punk and Pharrell Williams' hit 2013 song may have been copied from Korean YouTube star Zack Kim's "Robot Dance." According to the report a Reddit user was the first to notice the similarities in the two songs. "Robot Dance" was uploaded to YouTube back in 2011. This would mean the two top songs of 2013, "Get Lucky" and Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" have found themselves in a controversy over copying other songs. Former MTV reality star Kristin Cavallari was busted for speeding while driving in Chicago last week. TMZ reports that 26-year-old former "The Hills" star was pulled over by Evanston Police Department for not having a valid Illinois driver’s license. Cavallari was then escorted to the police department and given a $120 citation and released. Cavallari, who also lives in Los Angeles according to the Daily News, spends time in Chicago with her husband Jay Cutler who is the quarterback for the Chicago Bears and has a game this weekend. Former Beverly Hills 90210 actress Jennie Garth looks like she has a new boyfriend. The starlet has reportedly been dating businessman Michael Shimbo recently. E! Online notes that the two have been spotted together out at various events, including the Comedy Central Roast of James Franco. The two were shown on TV at one point. According to E! Online, Shimbo runs a San Francisco business called "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.” The 41-year-old actress is divorced from Peter Facinelli and was also recently linked to Jeremy Salken. Country and pop singer Carrie Underwood usually is the picture of grace while on stage and in front of the cameras. However, the former "American Idol" winner had a moment of clumsiness on stage in Texas when she fell over her heels. Luckily, a fan in attendance caught the mishap on video and posted it to Instagram. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Michigan Wolverines will continue one of college football's most passionate and storied rivalries today. Notre Dame will head to Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, MI for NCAA football's second week in the 2013 season. The stakes will be high for the 14th ranked Fighting Irish and 17th ranked Wolverines. The game has a little added fuel to the fire after Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly said he thought Michigan wasn't one of Notre Dame's traditional rivals, according to ESPN. Quite possibly college football's biggest matchup today is the Georgia Bulldogs against the South Carolina Gamecocks. The location for the 2020 Olympic games announcement is coming today (Saturday, September 7). Many are waiting anxiously as 100 members of the International Olympic Committee decide which of three cities will host the 2020 Olympics. It's a huge honor that only comes once every four years and means worldwide attention, huge economic benefits, and tremendous responsibility and planning. The three cities in the running are Madrid, Tokyo, and Istanbul. Tokyo is considered the frontrunner but they have their downsides just like the other two cities.
