It was just announced that mtvU will be getting an all new award show to focus on your love for all things fandom related. Creatively titled the "Fandom Awards," these awards will be unlike any other. They will focus specifically on the shows that fans love that don't always get the recognition they deserve. The 24-hour MTV college network has released the first wave of categories including "Breakout Fandom of the Year," "Ship of the Year" (who you'd like to see together), and "Best Fandom Forever." According to a number of reports, Netflix is hoping to make an exclusive new Star Trek series after seeing success with the streaming episodes it now carries. According to some new reports, Harrison Ford's on-set injury while filming the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VII with director J.J. Abrams has caused the Indiana Jones star to miss about two months of filming. This has yet to be confirmed by Disney, Lucasfilm or Ford's team, but sources say that Han Solo's scenes are delayed.
