Comedian Aziz Ansari appeared on Tuesday night's episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to discuss his new Netflix series, Master of None. During the interview, the comedian, perhaps unexpectedly, brought up the issue of CBS' lack of diversity, noting that even the Late Show has "a lot of white guys" backstage.
