Tonight is the kick off to award season as The 2015 People's Choice Awards are about to get underway. The show which takes place at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles will feature the stars of Mom, Anna Faris and Allison Janney, hosting the event with a plethora of guests set to make appearances including Matt Bomer, Christ Pratt, Katharine McPhee and the casts of both Grey's Anatomy and The Big Bang Theory. She's proving that she's America's "It Girl" as "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" star Jennifer Lawrence has topped the list of the highest-earning actors in Hollywood. "Forbes" has released its annual list of the highest-grossing actors for 2014, and it seems the mockingjay has flown right to the top. At just 24, the actress has solidified herself as a force to be reckoned with, not only winning an Academy Award but also starring in two blockbusters this year. According to Forbes, it was Lawrence's roles in "X-Men: Days of Future Past" and "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1," which made $1.4 billion worldwide, that pushed her into the top spot. Other names that made the list, according to "E! News," include Chris Pratt, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Wahlberg, and Chris Evans, among others. Pratt earned the runner-up position with his roles in films like "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "The Lego Movie," which collectively brought the breakout star $1.2 billion at the global box office, solidifying himself in the No. 2 spot. But Scarlett Johansson gave Pratt a run for his money, as her films, including "Captain America," "Lucy" and "Under the Skin," brought in $1.18 billion, causing her to almost edge Chris out of the second-place spot. We are about to head back to Pawnee, Indiana one last time, but while we, as the viewers, get to watch the last 13-episode season of "Parks and Recreation," the stars behind the show just had to say goodbye to each other earlier this week. While we still have more than six months to wait until we get to enter the world of "Jurassic Park" again, fans of the film franchise just got a bite-sized treat today. A new teaser trailer for the fourth installment of the series, "Jurassic World," was just released a few hours ago, and it has everyone geeking out. According to MTV, the new teaser is kind of like a bite-sized candy bar before we get the real chocolate treat. The 20-second teaser is an appetizer for the main course, aka the full-length clip, which will be released in a couple days on Thanksgiving. The teaser promises, "Trailer premiere in Thanksgiving football NBC Thursday." But from the little bit that fans can see during the clip, they can already tell that it is going to be a wild ride. Viewers get their first real looks at stars Chris Pratt, fresh off his "Guardians of the Galaxy" role, and his boss, Bryce Dallas Howard, along with some dinosaur pals.
