FSU quarterback Jameis Winston has declared for the 2015 NFL Draft, and there are plenty of teams circling the QB, who is seen as the second best quarterback prospect in the draft class. Frat-boy party star-turned-Cleveland Browns NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel threw a party on Friday: as a result, he was fined, and got teammate Josh Gordon suspended for the final week of the NFL season, perhaps costing him millions of dollars in free agency in the process. The Browns - who lost to AFC North rivals the Baltimore Ravens 20-10 - are talking tough in response to the pair and Justin Gilbert's (who was also suspended for missing a meeting) attitudes towards being professional NFL players as a result, while owner Jimmy Haslam has said that coach Mike Pettine and GM Ray Farmer will "absolutely be back" for the 2015 NFL season. The Cleveland Browns have suspended Josh Gordon for the final game of their NFL season. The star wide receiver apparently missed the team's practice walkthrough and has been suspended one game for violating team rules. He will miss the team's Week 17 tilt against the Baltimore Ravens. Rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel also reportedly missed the walkthrough, but as he's injured, has been excused. With Gordon only playing five games this year, it also means that the talented receiver will be a restricted free agent after the year, rather than unrestricted, and raises the prospect that Cleveland could trade the star. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith has thrown a respectable 18 touchdowns this season — more than Cam Newton, Colin Kapaernick and Andy Dalton. But none of them have gone to Chiefs wide receivers. That's right. In an incredibly bizarre streak, no Kansas City receiver has caught a touchdown all season, according to Deadspin. Where, then, have Smith's touchdowns come from? Tight end Travis Kelce and running back Jamaal Charles are tied for the team lead in touchdown receptions with five, followed by tight end Anthony Fasano's four and running back Joe McKnight, who has two. Running back Knile Davis and Anthony Sherman, the fullback, have chipped in with one score each. The Chiefs aren't without talented receivers. Johnny Manziel's season is over, as the Cleveland Browns rookie phenom suffered a hamstring injury against the Carolina Panthers on the weekend and will not play on Sunday at Baltimore. But will Johnny Football return to Cleveland in 2015? Johnny Manziel was sworn in as the Cleveland Browns's starting quarterback amid much fanfare and controversy. Less than two weeks later, Manziel was gone. Manziel left his second career NFL start Sunday, Dec. 21, against the Carolina Panthers with a hamstring injury and didn't return to action, as the Browns lost their fourth straight game 17-13. Manziel fell down after trying to get up from a hit by Panthers safety Colin Jones on a designed quarterback run, according to espn.com. "As I kept walking more and more, it just felt like something I hadn't experienced before," Manziel told ESPN. "I figured I needed to get checked out. Pretty frustrating." Manziel completed three of eight passes for 32 yards, a week after completing 10 of 18 passes, but throwing two interceptions in his debut. Manziel has still to throw a touchdown in 27 career passing attempts. Fans celebrated, cheering as Manziel was helped off the field by trainers, according to Fox Sports Ohio.
