Today (Oct. 2) on her blog, O'Connor posted an open letter to Cyrus about her recent exploits, which include twerking on screen and making controversial, naked music videos. In the open letter, O'Connor wrote that she was inspired to warn Cyrus after she had received numerous phone calls because Cyrus said O'Connor's "Nothing Compares 2 U" music video inspired her.
