Today we become the giver and present you with the new trailer for the film The Giver, see what we did there, which will hit theaters this summer. The film, which is based on the Lois Lowry novel of the same name, stars Taylor Swift, Katie Holmes, Meryl Streep, Alexander Skarsgard, and Brenton Thwaites just to name a few. The new trailer, which was just released today, gives us an even deeper look inside the world of The Giver than ever before. After building plenty of hype throughout most of 2013, the Veronica Mars movie has finally released a trailer right at the beginning of 2014. The film hits theaters on March 14, reuniting your favorite young detective with her friends and foes in a new story that will surely please fans. Hopefully the fans are pleased because this project was financed through a KickStarter campaign, and the goal was reached thanks to the fans of the popular show. Kristen Bell stars in the title role, and is reunited with co-stars Percy Daggs III, Jason Dohring, Ryan Hansen, Krysten Ritter, Tina Majorino,Francis Capra, Ken Marino and Enrico Colantoni. Blue is the Warmest Color is arguably the most controversial film of 2013, but it has still garnered plenty of critical acclaim since its release. Stars Léa Seydoux and Adèle Exarchopoulos have stated that director Abdellatif Kechiche created an uncomfortable working environment and that they'd never work with him again, but the film took over Cannes this year thanks to the actresses and the filmmaker. Although the film won't be nominated for an Oscar thanks to its graphic NC-17 nature, Adele Exarchopoulos is still able to be nominated for Best Actress. Back in 2012, the Hollywood "Black List" was released, naming the best scripts being developed for the big screen and at the top of that list was Draft Day. So two years later the film is being released (April 11, 2014) and it even has Kevin Costner leading the cast. Rajiv Joseph and Scott Rothman wrote the script with Ivan Reitman directing.
