'Wentworth' Season 5 Spoilers: New Trailer Teases Bea Smith's Return; Is She Alive?

"Wentworth" has been on hiatus for quite a long time and fans are already anticipating for its return. The first teaser for season 5 is released online via Twitter, which triggers the rumors that Bea Smith is returning.

Danielle Cormack's Bea Smith was a significant character in "Wentworth." Thus, fans were shocked when she was killed in the last season. However, the season 5 teaser seems to suggest that the character lives on, but perhaps only in the hearts of the remaining characters, especially on Allie.

"Wentworth" Season 5 star Pamela Rabe shares a video clip that serves as the first teaser of the new season. It features a lady prisoner heading towards a wall with Bea and Allie's name enclosed in a heart doodle. She is holding a red rose and an audio is heard in the background saying "Love Never Dies."

Fans believe that the girl on the clip is Allie Novak (Kate Jenkinson). She is clearly mourning over Bea's death. Will she take revenge for her lover's demise? She probably will. However, many are hoping that the clip is teasing something more and that Bea Smith will still appear in "Wentworth" Season 5.

The production already confirmed that Bea Smith is dead but viewers are still hoping to see Danielle Cormack in "Wentworth" Season 5. If the character is really dead, then Bea might just appear in a few flashback.

Meanwhile, reports are rife that Joan Ferguson (Pamela Rabe) is doomed in "Wentworth" Season 5. The merciless warden is behind Bea's demise and she might just follow the fan-favorite character on the afterworld.

Allie will avenge Bea's death and lead Ferguson's murder. Other sources claim that Kaz Proctor has the potential of killing Ferguson in "Wentworth" Season 5 too.

On a side note, Aussie Network News reported that Liam Hemsworth will be joining "Wentworth" Season 5 and he will be Allie's new love interest. However, fans should still take this with a grain of salt until the production confirms it.
