"Rick and Morty" Season 3 is still in the works but the hype of the animated TV series continues to grow. Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland release a clip to give fans an overview of the new season.

It's been over a year since the animated TV show took its leave on the small screens. Thus, it is understandable for fans to thirst for an update of "Rick and Morty" Season 3.

ComicBook reported that the "Rick and Morty" team has finally released a footage for season 3. The great thing about the short clip is that it is very hilarious.

The "Rick and Morty" Season 3 teaser features a rough animation. However, the first thing viewers notice is the absence of audio. The music is also minimal. Another thing, some clips look more awesome than the others. Overall, the quality is not as great as what we see on TV. Nevertheless, the clip is still a treat to fans.

Initially, "Rick and Morty" Season 3 was announced to premiere last year. Unfortunately, Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland failed to deliver. The former revealed that they have encountered several issues while working on the upcoming season.

Dan Harmon admits that their fighting and slow writing is to blame for the delay of "Rick and Morty" Season 3. "We have fights all the time and then we have fights about why we're having fights. Well, we didn't fight during Season 2, that's why it's taking longer! All this fighting! So OK, let's stop fighting!" he told Indiewire.

As for the air date of "Rick and Morty" Season 3, CinemaBlend believes that it will be fine for Adult Swim whatever time Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland deliver. The animated show is one of the highest acclaimed original programmings in the network and it is guaranteed that viewers will wait for it.
