On Saturday the National Mall featured a special concert called the Global Citizen 2015 Earth Day Rally. Over a dozen artists including top acts such as Gwen Stefani and Usher came out to raise awareness for political issues such as climate change and poverty. When the Guardians of the Galaxy trailer first debuted it piqued the interest of the hardcore fan and the casual fan. That's a special feat when it comes to a comic book movie about characters that aren't mainstream. Once Guardians finally hit the big screen last summer, it exploded. The film became the most successful Marvel feature since the Avengers. Naturally the film is slated for a sequel but it looks like it may not be called Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Last year a Madden NFL simulation correctly predicted the Super Bowl and now 2K Sports will be following in their footsteps. The 2K Sports team simulated the entire NBA playoffs using NBA 2K15 and they came out with interesting results. Former Death Row Records CEO, Suge Knight will be standing trial on the charges of murder and hit-and-run. These charges stem from an incident on January 29th that took place in Compton, California where he allegedly injured Cle "Bone" Sloan, and killed Terry Carter. New York Mets fans may never be happy. Even when they're winning things seem to go wrong. Gary Palumbo, a lifelong Mets fan, raised $6,700 on Kickstarter to put up a billboard across the street from Citfield that read "Fred, Jeff and Saul: Sell the Team." Using the money raised from Kickstarter Palumbo also ordered shirts and place cards that say the same thing. After some easy hacking of Mortal Kombat X a YouTube user by the name of XVermillion posted a few videos to his page where he shows players how to mod the game in a way where you are able to unlocked Rain, Sindel and Baraka. TNA Wrestling has been in a state of flux as of late just when things were on the up-and-up after signing with a channel that allowed them worldwide exposure. Problems with payment lead to several wrestlers voicing their gripe about not getting paychecks.
