John Mayer and Katy Perry are definitely heating up this chilly winter. The former couple is headed for a reconciliation, as not only were they spotted hanging out on a dinner date and at a hotel last week, but it seems that they have been enjoying each other's company a lot more lately. While both have been rumored to have started new relationships since they called it quits in February 2014, Katy with Diplo and John with chef Giada De Laurentiis — it seems that the pair has fallen back into each other's arms. A source close to the pair revealed to "E! News" that while the pair might still have a little ways to go before being official again, they are definitely headed that way. Katy Perry and John Mayer's New Year's resolutions must have been to not hold grudges toward each other, as they reportedly went out on a dinner date together over the weekend. The pair dated for two years before calling it quits in February last year, but could things be starting up again between these two? Katy Perry has had an ongoing feud with Taylor Swift, and it is being reported that the "Dark Horse" singer will use her position as this year's halftime show star to make a public statement about the "1989" starlet. According to Hollywood Life, the 30-year-old brunette will be taking on the 25-year-old blond during the sporting event after Swift publicly criticized her in her song "Bad Blood."
