Gary Kubiak is the new head coach of Peyton Manning's Denver Broncos. The NFL team announced today that the former Houston Texans head coach will take over from the recently departed John Fox, who was fired by Broncos General Manager John Elway after a disappointing first-game playoff exit at the hands of the Indianapolis Colts last week. After leaving the Texans in 2013 — where he finished 61-64 — Kubiak spent last season as the Offensive Coordinator for Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens, and only a week ago was saying that he would stay with the Ravens. CBS NCAA basketball analyst and former NBA player Greg Anthony has been arrested for soliciting a prostitute in Washington DC. CBS have announced they have suspended Anthony and that he won't be back on air this season after he was arrested by District of Columbia police on Friday night. Anthony - who played for six NBA teams in his career, including the New York Knicks and Seattle Supersonics - will miss announcing the NCAA's 2015 March Madness. Read More »

Indianapolis Colts linebacker Josh McNary has claimed he's innocent of rape and criminal confinement charges, while his team have applied for and received permission from the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell to place McNary on the Commissioner's Exempt List, meaning he will not take part in their AFC Championship playoff game against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots on Sunday. Chicago Bears teammates Kyle Long and Martellus Bennet have engaged in a Twitter spat after one of them unfollowed the other. Gary Oldman will divorce his fourth wife Alexandra Edenborough, with the English singer-songwriter citing irreconcilable differences with The Dark Knight and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes star. Oldman - famous for his terrific, exacting roles in True Romance, The Fifth Element, Hannibal and his parts in the Harry Potter and Dark Knight franchises as Sirius Black and Jim Gordon respectively - and Edenborough were married on New Year's Eve in 2008.
