The prosecution may finally have some solid evidence against Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. According to the former assistant director of the FBI John Miller, Tsarnaev left a note on the inside of the Watertown boat in which he was eventually captured that detailed his motives for the attack on the Boston Marathon.
