When most New Jersey natives reflect on the devastation caused by "Superstorm Sandy" back in October, the image of Seaside Heights' "JetStar" roller coaster standing tall out in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, typically comes to mind. On Tuesday, May 14th, the roller coaster, which once sat on the Casino Pier in Seaside Heights, NJ (the town made famous by MTV's Jersey Shore reality show) will finally be removed from the ocean, as the "restore the shore" movement in New Jersey is kicked into high gear with Memorial Day Weekend just around the corner. Beach towns across Monmouth, Ocean, & Atlantic counties in New Jersey have been working vigorously to rebuild, recover, restore, and reopen in time for the upcoming summer season, after suffering Sandy's severe "wrath" nearly 7 months ago. One of the major restoration initiatives taken by the town of Seaside Heights will be the removal of the "JetStar" roller coaster from the water, beginning on Tuesday May 14th. Although the coaster has become a huge tourist attraction/iconic symbol since it plunged off the Casino Pier boardwalk and into the ocean on October 29th, 2012, its removal is a necessary action before the beach can officially reopen. 90210 may be coming to a close tonight (when the cancelled series finale premieres on CW May 13th at 8pm), but one of the network's stars, Shenae Grimes, (Annie Wilson) still managed to find her "real life" happy ending this weekend! The 90210 actress married British musician/model Josh Beech during a "low key" ceremony outside of London on Friday May 10th, reveals Us Weekly. Grimes opted for the "non-traditional" bride look when she chose to wear a black Vera Wang dress, while coming down the aisle to house music. Where was party planner/BFF Naomi Clark (AnnaLynne McCord) when Annie needed her? "Huge day," Beech tweeted hours before the couple's wedding ceremony on Friday. Shenae's husband, who also runs the fashion and accessories line Cut & Run London, told Us about the couple's wedding plans back in March, "It'll be small -- close friends and family," the groom stated. Liam Hemsworth's fiance has apparently been receiving hateful tweets from "psycho" Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez fans, including death threats, and the new, "evolved" Miley is not afraid to call out her haters when they've gone a bit "too far!" "SYTYCD" is finally twirling its way back to TV tomorrow! The season 10 "hot tamale train" will be leaving the station and arriving at FOX on May 14th and May 15th with its two-night 2013 season premiere...(WATCH the First Look video below)! FOX's hit reality dancing competition show, "So You Think You Can Dance," will once again be hosted by the Emmy-nominated Cat Deely. The first crop of hopeful SYTYCD competitors will take the stage for the first time tomorrow night when the dancers fight for a ticket to Las Vegas during the Los Angeles auditions in the premiere episode. Executive producer Nigel Lythgoe will be taking his usual seat on the judges panel next to fellow judge Mary Murphy. It has also been reported by Us Weekly that special guest judges Minnie Driver, Stephen "tWitch" Boss, and Adam Shankman will also join Mary & Nigel during the audition rounds of SYTYCD. DJ Tiesto, who has been busy "owning the night" with his Hakkasan Las Vegas residency, released the TRACKLIST for his upcoming Club Life: Volume 3 Stockholm album. The mix compilation (including 9 original Tiesto tracks) features 16 of the EDM DJ's latest hits and is set to take over the club scene with its June 18th release. To hold Club Life fanatics over, Tiesto has also provided a free mini-mix, containing 5 of the soon-to-be summer anthems, available for download (see below). There's clearly "no beef" between EDM DJ's Afrojack and Steve Aoki! The "Afroki" duo has reunited (following the success of their 2011 "No Beef" club anthem) and recently announced their plans to release a new collaborative track entitled "AFROKI." The "Real Housewives of New York City" 2013 cast has been hit with a REAL reality check from Bravo, as the network threatens to cancel season 6 of the reality series due to the housewives' outrageous salary demands! Production for the upcoming RHONY season was set to begin on Wednesday, notes The Hollywood Reporter, but filming has reportedly been delayed and will not commence until all six of the housewives, LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, Aviva Drescher, Carole Radziwill and Heather Thomson, sign a new contract with Bravo. Bravo's fabulous, table-flipping "Real Housewife," Teresa Giudice, has just released another "Fabulicious" cookbook, sharing even more authentic Italian recipes with her dedicated readers. The RHONJ star debuted her fourth published book, entitled Fabulicious: On the Grill, Teresa's Smoking Hot Backyard Recipes, on May 7th and launched a book signing tour/meet-and-greet (which kicked off in her home state New Jersey) to promote the latest fabulous addition to the a la Giudice empire. The author's national book tour dates coincide with the upcoming season of Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey, which premieres on June 2nd. The Lonely Island trio, who introduced us to their "wack" hits like "I'm on a Boat," "I Just Had Sex," and "D*ck in a Box," have announced that they are back with even wackier tracks on their upcoming album. The self-proclaimed "frappers" (fake rappers) will drop their new album, "The Wack Album," on June 11th. In addition to the newest hit single from the comedic rap trio, "YOLO," which features Kendrick Lamar & Adam Levine, the "fake" rap trio's third album will also include collaborations with Pharrell Williams, T-Pain, Billie Joe Armstrong, Solange, Justin Timberlake, and Lady Gaga as well. The last "splash" of season 1 was made Tuesday night on ABC, as the final 3 celebrity divers remaining in the diving competition (Nicole Eggert, Drake Bell, & Rory Bushfield) competed in hopes of becoming the first-ever winner of "Splash" in the May 7th finale episode. Rory Bushfield, the extreme skier, prevailed over actress Nicole Eggert in the final dive-off, who back flopped her way to second place. Bushfireld was crowned the winner of the 8 week diving competition and earned the "the greatest celebrity diver of all-time" title, along with a crystal "Splash" trophy. The three finalists each made one final dive on last night's episode, which was scored by judges David Boudia and Steve Foley.
